What is the Shop and Establishment License Act?

The Shop and Establishment Act provides a shop and establishment license to businesses, traders, and other professionals who come under its regulations. The Department of Labor governs all the rules and regulations of this Act. It not only regulates commercial establishments, but also keeps a check on the working of charitable trusts, societies, educational institutes, and other premises such as banking, stock exchanges, insurance companies, share brokerages, etc.

  • List of the Directors or Partners and their ID and Address proof
  • Commercial address proof.
  • Board Resolution or Partners Consent.
